terms

100% payment is required to process all orders.  We accept all major credit cards.

inernational terms

Proforma invoices are provided upon request and must be paid in US dollars.  All orders must be prepaid by credit card or wire transfer.

shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via ground service, unless otherwise specified.  Priority shipping is also available upon request.  Charges are based on actual shipping cost plus any crating and packaging costs.

replacements and returns

Exchanges will be made on damaged or defective artwork.  Refuse packages arriving with visible damage to boxes or crates and notify us immediately for replacements.  Claims for damages must be made within 7 days of receipt.  ART:ADDICTION will provide return authorization numbers and shipping instructions.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lead time on orders may vary from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on order complexity and quantities.
